Overview

Visitors will travel through the Oconee National Forest, across the Oconee and Ogeechee Rivers, and by the Rock Hawk Effigy built thousands of years ago by Native Americans. Glen Mary Plantation and other antebellum homes line the route as it follows State Highways 15,16, 77, and rural county roads through the historic and cultural communities of Eatonton, Sparta, Linton, Culverton, and Jewell.
