Overview

This byway travels along the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Stop at Kings Beach State Park or Sand Harbor Beach. Private beaches require a pass from the Parks and Recreation office. Enjoy boating, hiking, golfing, fishing, biking, or horseback riding. In the winter, skiing, snowmobiling, sledding, and ice-skating opportunities abound.
