This byway travels from the entrance of the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historic Site near Hodgenville in central Kentucky to My Old Kentucky Home State Park near Bardstown. Stop along the way at Abraham Lincoln’s Boyhood Home at Knob Creek National Historical Park. Kentucky is known for its bourbon across the state and Bardstown in no different. Allow time for Heaven Hill Distillery where you can wash, fill, and label your own bottle! Their heritage center immerses you interactively as you learn more about the area and industry.
