Overview
Stretching from the Great Lake Ontario to legendary Lake Champlain, the Olympic Trail is packed with scenic and recreational attractions. One highlight of the trip is the Village of Lake Placid, which hosted the Winter Olympic Games in 1932 and 1980. Spots for Adirondack hiking, camping, canoeing, and fishing are abundant. The hamlets are charming and the scenery is stunning.
