Pyramid Lake Road Route 445

Begin by going north on NV-445 to the Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation, who sponsor this byway, and head north to State Route 447 until the junction with State Route 446. The Byway splits into a north and northwest section there. This byway takes you to one of the largest desert lakes in the world. The lake colors change from green to turquoise, to a deep blue. View the variety of migratory waterfowl that nest along this landlocked lake.
