Overview

This 55-mile byway winds through Tappan Lake and around Clendening Lake and back through some of eastern Ohio's most charming rural landscapes including family farms, lush fields and beautiful water scenes. For history buffs, the area is rich. New Rumley along State Route 646 is the birthplace of George Armstrong Custer where a memorial marks the spot. And Deersville, Ohio's main street has recently been placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
