Overview

Northeast of Phoenix, near the Arizona/New Mexico border, lies State Route 260 between Eager and Hon-Dah in the White Mountains of Arizona, surrounded by the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. In Greer stop at the Sunrise Park Resort for its zip-line, lift-served downhill mountain biking, rock climbing wall, horseback riding, lake fishing, and camping. In the winter enjoy skiing, snowboarding, ski bikes and lessons for all ages. Then travel to Hawley Lake in the White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation for sailing, canoeing, kayaking, and camping.
