Bobby Koepplin, Valley City, ND serves as the Chairperson of the Sheyenne River Valley National Scenic Byway, has been involved with Byways for 20 years, is a founding member of the National Scenic Byway Foundation and serves as a Byway PEER Advisor. Bobby has leveraged funds and led the completion of over $2.3 million of Byway related projects including 41 interpretive sites, 10 map panel kiosk locations, numerous visitor amenities (including wayfinding/highway signage, trails, concrete privy installations, pedestrian access ways, asphalt pullouts/parking areas), print and web marketing materials, completion of Corridor Management Plans, building restoration and interpretation of: Midland Continental Depot Transportation Museum, Wimbledon, ND, Kathryn Community Center, Kathryn, ND and construction/interpretation of the Rosebud Visitor Center in Valley City, ND.
